A 3-0 shut-out for the Okotoks Oilers over the Bonnyville Pontiacs Sunday afternoon at the Centennial Arena.

For Oilers back-up netminder Brian Wilson, it's his first ever AJHL shut-out as he turned aside 25 shots.

He says he thought he played pretty well.

"It wasn't perfect for me, but my team was there to support me. We gave up a couple of bad rebounds, but we were right there to clear them away. But I think it was a good game in front of me."

Jordie Lawson, Colin O'Neill and Matt McNair with his team leading 21st goal of the season were the Oilers goal getters.

The Oilers host the Brooks Bandits Thursday before heading to Brooks for the return match Friday.

They then make their way to Camrose Saturday to battle the Kodiaks for the final time this regular season, then the boys head their separate ways for the Christmas break.

They're back in action Saturday, January 2nd when the Canmore Eagles come to town.
