The Heritage Junior B league is ready to rumble this weekend.

It's their last games before the Christmas break and the Flyers and Bisons have a few games lined up.

Friday night will see the High River Brewing Co. Flyers host their only game of the weekend as they host the Red Deer Vipers.  A team they just beat 9-1 last weekend.  Puck drops at 8 p.m. with some members of the Salvation Army in attendance with their Christmas Kettle.  If you could bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank it would be appreciated. And the Flyers are holding their teddy bear toss tonight too with all proceeds going towards local charities.

And the Carstar Okotoks Bisons have a pair of games lined up before the break.

Tonight, they're in Cochrane facing off against the Generals with a 7:45 start and then tomorrow they're taking on the Copperheads in Coaldale.

The HJHL then takes a break for the holiday season and won't return to action until January 5th.
