The Okotoks Dawgs will defend their WCBL title.  The Gulls wanted to scavenge a win in Sylvan last night (Saturday) but it wasn't to be.

Medicine Hat & Moose Jaw will need a third & deciding Game 3 tonight today (Sunday) in Moose Jaw to see who will  face Okotoks.

Brendan Luther went four for five and hit a three-run homer in the second inning. Alejandro Cazorla and Caleb Lumbard had RBI's to help lead the DAWGS to victory.

Gavin Wuschke pitched five and two-thirds innings last night (Saturday) and gave up only one run on three hits. Four different pitchers allowed two hits and no runs for the Dawgs.
