Following a beautiful drive through the Foothills, we ended up at the Millarville Farmers' Market this morning.

Now the weather was not ideal, but that did not prevent people from filling their bags with fresh goodies. Shoppers were stocking up on fresh peaches, berries, corn, potatoes, beets, beans, and so many other farm fresh delights. In addition to the fresh produce, there was also yummy cheeses, fresh meat, and great snack foods such as kettle corn.

Of course, we can't forget the artisan vendors. No farmers' market is complete without original handmade items that can spruce up your home, garden, or wardrobe.

The Millarville Market runs every Saturday from 9am to 2pm, until October 8th. Make sure you bring your spare change, as entry is $3, and those proceeds help support the youth and educational programs at the racetrack.
