From bull riding to bowls of chili, there really are a number of things to do in Okotoks this weekend!

The Okotoks Pro Rodeo kicks off tonight, bringing some high adrenaline action to town.

This is the first time the Okotoks Pro will be held outdoors at the Ford Agriplex just north of town.

Local artist will be kicking the dirt up on Saturday night, as he performs for the cowfolk at the rodeo dance.

If rodeo's not quite your speed, you may want to peruse the many chili vendors taking part in Okotoks's last festival of the summer, the annual chili fest.

There will be live music, a chili tasting competition between 11-1 and an artisan market  tomorrow.

Elizabeth St. will be closed between Northridge Dr and Veterans way for the big day until 5 P.M.

You can also take in the first ever Pride festival in Okotoks this weekend.

That's a family friendly all inclusive event that will include art, music and live performances throughout Ethel Tucker Park next to the library.

What ever you choose to do to celebrate one of the last weekends this summer, we'll see you out there!
