Dewdney Players Group Theatre have encouraged young actors, singers and dancers to get up on stage this summer along side some of Dewdney's more seasoned actors, and portray pigs, and wolves and other Fairytale Land characters in the musical The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf. They took to the outdoor stage last night in Olde Town Okotoks for the last dress rehearsal before opening night tonight and I was there for a sneak peek. It is so great to see such a diverse age group on stage, some for the first time, singing and dancing and telling a fun story.

As you can tell from this photo, this young audience member was entranced and was thoroughly enjoying the show.
