Two men have been arrested following a robbery investigation in Foothills County.

On Oct. 20, at approximately 10:47 a.m., Foothills RCMP with the assistance of Okotoks RCMP responded to a robbery at a business in Foothills County.

Three males entered a business, used force to confine 2 employees and a customer, made threats, and stole an unknown quantity of goods.

The suspects then fled the location in a gold 4-door sedan vehicle.

No one was physically injured.

At approximately 10:00 p.m., Foothills RCMP a search warrant was executed at a residence in the northeast area of Calgary.

They had the assistance of the Calgary Police Service Tactical Unit (TAC), the Calgary Police Service Robbery Unit, the Southern Alberta District RCMP General Investigation Section (SAD GIS), and the Okotoks RCMP GIS,

Two men were arrested.

Gabriel Keeling, 18, of Calgary was charged with the following:
- Robbery
- Disguise with intent
- Forcible confinement (x3)
- Mischief under $5,000 (x2)

Following a judicial hearing, Keeling was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Provincial court on Oct. 25.

A 17-year-old male youth from Calgary was charged with the following:
- Robbery
- Disguise with intent
- Forcible confinement (x3)
- Mischief under $5,000 (x2)
- Possession of a controlled substance – cocaine
- Fail to comply (x4)

Following a judicial hearing, the 17-year-old male was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Provincial court on Oct. 25.

In accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the name of the youth charged will not be released.

As a result of this search warrant, police seized clothing, masks, and a number of goods believed to be from the business.
