18 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Saturday's update, with the number of active cases dropping to 814.

Recoveries have risen to 5869.

232,774 tests have been performed in total, 3981 of which occurred in the last 24 hours.

48 Albertans are being treated in hospital, with six in intensive care.

One additional death has been confirmed, bringing the total to 135.

Eight active cases remain in the "Okotoks-Priddis" area, with 155 recoveries according to the province's geospatial data.

In the "High River" area, 12 active cases remain, with 516 recoveries.

More businesses in Calgary and Brooks will be reopening tomorrow, after a promising decline in the number of active cases.

The province is aiming to allow the remaining stage one businesses in both areas to reopen on June 1st.
