Tuesday's provincial COVID-19 update was a big one, encompassing the previous four days.

An average of 567 new daily cases was confirmed from Friday to Monday, with 2268 in total.

Alberta's total number of active cases currently sits at 6110.

Locally, there are 24 active cases in the Town of Okotoks, with five in High River and 14 in the Black Diamond region.

The Claresholm region has 22 active cases, with 13 in Vulcan County.

15 fatalities occurred since the province's last update, bringing the total to 338.

167 Albertans are being treated in hospital, with 27 in intensive care.

Recoveries have risen to 23,484.

Dr. Hinshaw also provided some figures for Alberta schools.

In total, 252 schools currently have active alerts or outbreaks; totalling about 10% of Alberta schools.

There are 778 total active cases in Alberta schools.
