The Okotoks Oilers suited up and took on the Drumheller Dragons Friday night.

Despite taking the early lead and out shooting the Dragons in the first period, they were unable to hold out for the win.

The loss extends the Oilers losing streak to 5 in a row.

They will be looking to break that streak tonight as they take on the Canmore Eagles at the Pason Centennial Arena.

Jordie Lawson, forward for the Oilers, says the team knows what they need to do to win tonight.

"We have to forget about last night, come out harder, and faster. If we keep on them and keep pucks deep, I think we can get the win."

The Oilers will be trading in the gold and green for pink in tonights game, in support of the cancer foundation. Game starts at 7:00pm tonight.
