The red hot Okotoks Oilers are back in action Thursday night at home as they host the Fort McMurray Oil Barons.

The Oilers have rattled off four straight wins, and sit first in the AJHL's South Division three points up on the second place Camrose Kodiaks, while the Oil Barons are on the other end of the spectrum as they've managed just one win against nine losses this season.

The fear for the Oilers is they could take the Oil Barons too lightly, but Coach James Poole says his job is to make sure that doesn't happen.

"We're going to have to make sure we show up and prepare properly, otherwise we're going to get into that dogfight, like we saw against Olds and Canmore. The message will be preparation and making sure the work ethic is where it needs to be for us to be successful."

The puck drops at 7 o'clock at the Centennial Arena.

The Oilers are back at it Friday night in Camrose against the Kodiaks.
