The Alberta Junior Hockey League announced its finalists for their league awards Tuesday morning with three Okotoks Oilers making it to the nomination ballot.

Goaltender Riley Morris will look to make it two straight years for an Okotoks Oiler winning Top Goaltender as he's nominated along with Calgary Canucks puck stopper Logan Drackett along with Lloydminster's Alex Leclerc and Spruce Grove's Matthew Murray.

As for Carson Beers he's finalist for Outstanding Defenceman with Brooks Bandits d-man Shane Bear and joining them from the North Division are Brinson Pasichnuk from Bonnyville and Lloydminster's Christian Lloyd.

Finally Head Coach and General Manager James Poole has been nominated for Coach of the Year for the 2nd straight season, joining him from the South Division is Camrose bench boss Boris Rybalka and Spruce Grove's Jason Mckee along with Bonnyville's Rick Swan round out the nominees.

The nomination is the 3rd in Poole's six seasons with the Oilers.

The winners will be announced during the final week of the regular season.
