A wild finish to the weekend in the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League as the Okotoks Bisons laid another beating on the High River Flyers.

The two teams met in Okotoks Sunday afternoon, and when the smoke cleared it was a 10-1 whitewash for the Bisons.

Aiden Geiger and Connor Tudor each had hat-tricks for the Bisons in the win.

The Bisons remain in second spot in the Heritage League's South Division thanks to a 4-3 loss to first place Cochrane Friday.

The Bisons beat Strathmore 6-3 Saturday night, while the Wheatland Kings were 6-1 winners in Banff Friday night.

It wasn't all bad news for the High River Flyers though, as they did pull out a 7-2 win in Medicine Hat over the Cubs Friday night.

In the midget leagues, the CFR "AAA" Midget Bisons beat the Calgary Midget Flames 3-1 Sunday to wrap up their weekend.

While the Rocky Mountain Raiders girls took out the Peace Country Storm 3-2 Saturday and 4-1 Sunday to move into sole possession of top spot in the Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey League.
