Heritage Junior Hockey League action cranks up the heat this weekend.
Tonight, the Carstar Okotoks Bisons tangle with the High River Brewing Co. Flyers at the Bob Snodgrass Rec Plex in High River.
The longtime rivals face off at 8 p.m.
Then both teams hit the road for games tomorrow, Jan. 20, with the Herd heading to Coaldale as High River flies to Cochrane.
The Bisons are sitting in first place in the HJHL while the Flyers are fighting for a playoff spot with the Strathmore Wheatland Kings with only a handful of games left in the regular season.
