Former Animal House owner Tyler Marshall's application to Vulcan County to open a dog breeding facility was unanimously declined this morning by the Municipal Planning Commission.

He had applied to open a facility which would house up to 200 adult dogs producing 50 puppies weekly.

Marshall currently faces two charges filed by the Alberta SPCA under the Animal Protection Act in regards to over 200 animals seized from a property in Vulcan County in April.

He will appear in Lethbridge court Monday, June 26.

Vulcan County was not immediately available for comment.
