It's turkey time! For many families in the Foothills this weekend is about food, sports and spending time with your loved ones!

Since Monday is a statutory holiday, Town establishments such as the Municipal Centre, Operations Building and Recreation Centres will be closed, same with the Okotoks Public Library and The Pason Centennial Arena (except for the walking track - which will be open from 6-10 AM)

The Okotoks landfill will also be closed on holiday Monday.

Those with regular garbage, recycling and green cart pick up on Mondays will have to wait until Tuesday to put their bins out as even waste collections are suspended for the holiday.

Hours and availability for town services, buildings and services over the long weekend can be found on the Town's Website.
