With Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling Masters just around the corner Okotoks residents most likely have seen the signage around town.

The signage is promoting the major event that will be hitting the Pason Centennial Arena later in October.

Community Services Director Susan Laurin says that some of this signage is unique and the mystery is one sign in particular has gone missing.

"Across town there is a large number of life sized cut outs of curlers in different buildings, but we have realized that Kevin Koe has gone missing."

Koe's cardboard cut out was located in the Okotoks Recreation Centre where it was taken from.

"We came in one morning looking for him and finally started asking what happened to Kevin?" Laurin says.

The Okotoks curling club and the town are asking for the public's assistance in locating the Koe cut out.

"If you find him you can call the Okotoks curling club and I am sure they would love to get him back."
