Kids from around Okotoks that are taking part in this years Lemonade Day gathered at the Centennial Centre Wednesday night for one of four presentations.

Wednesday's presentation was about how to market their product.

Del Paquette, creative director for Solve Studio Okotoks, was one of the presenters at the event.

"We talked about different ways that they can advertise, having a plan and what their budget is going to be."

He adds that having a plan and a budget are two of the most important things when it comes to any endeavour.

Paquette was joined by Greg Tee, owner of the Image Stop, as another presenter on how these kids can market their product.

"Talking to kids and encouraging those who are interested in growing and learning more about business, I love to help them out and do anything I can for them," Tee says.

Molly, Alexa and Paige are three friends who are taking part in Lemonade Day.

They said they have always wanted to have their own business and this will help them learn while being a great way to give back.

"We are going to raise money for Heaven Can Wait, the Okotoks Food Bank and maybe a third charity, we are still thinking about it."

The girls added the day seems like a lot of fun, they even gave a hint about what their stand is "Minionade".

Lemonade Day takes place on June 11.
