There's some New Years Eve entertainment in town for the little ones who don't stay up for midnight.

The Okotoks Recreation Centre will host a free Kid's New Years Eve party to ring in 2018, which includes free swimming, skating, and a magic show.

Fireworks will also be set off from Lineham Park at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate.

The Kid's New Years Eve Party runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 31.
