Voting for the 2018 Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup winner opened today, Jan 15.

The Okotoks Oilers Pee Wee AA Black Team are finalists for the award after raising funds, and making lunches for the Mustard Seed.

Nine other Canadian Pee Wee teams are competing for the title, whose winner will receive a long list of prizes including; a $15,000 donation for the charity of its choice, a Good Deeds Cup winners’ ceremony in its hometown, a feature on television, and summer practice with a Chevrolet Hockey Ambassador.

As semi-finalists, the team has already won $2,000 to donate to a charity of choice, which is the Mustard Seed.
