Sunday was the Town of Okotoks 3rd Annual Curbside Pick Up Day event.

The event is a way to get rid of unwanted reusable items and give them a new home instead of taking it to the landfill.

This will help reduce the amount of waste being taken to the landfill.

The event was modelled after events held in other cities across the country.
