The High River RCMP have apprehended four people thanks to assistance from the Calgary Police Service.

2 Males and 2 Females were caught in a stolen vehicle that had a stolen license plate.

Upon further investigation RCMP members discovered the group was connected with property crimes from the High River and Nanton area.

The 2 males that were arrested are said to have a significant criminal history.

These individuals will be facing numerous charges including possession of stolen property, flight from police, obstruction, several breaches and dangerous driving.

RCMP say they are glad to have worked in partnership with C.P.S.

"These arrests demonstrate open communication and mutual cooperation between our respective police services in our common goal to reduce the impact of property crimes in communities all over Alberta."

All four people arrested are currently being held in custody at the High River Detachment while investigations continue.
