Strathmore RCMP made arrests in regards to a firearms complaint Monday that resulted in Crowther Memorial High School being put under lock down.

Shortly before 1:00 p.m. police attended a call of a firearms complaint in the parking lot of the Strathmore Curling Club on Brent Boulevard.

The complaint came from students and staff at the high school.

Police attended the scene immediately and the school performed lock down procedures.

Thanks to statements from witnesses police were able to identify the suspect and located them shortly after.

RCMP say three arrests were made in relation to the incident.

Crowther Memorial High School was notified of the arrests right away and the lock down procedures were lifted.
