The Telus Store on Elizabeth Street in Okotoks was the victim of a robbery involving a weapon Wednesday afternoon.

Around 3:43 p.m. RCMP responded to the complaint where they say the suspect entered the store and sprayed an employee with bear spray before stealing items and running off in a northbound direction.

The employee was temporarily incapacitated from the bear spray.

Surveillance footage shows a lone male suspect.
