Another shot at a Stampede title for Okotoks Chuckwagon driver Mark Sutherland.

He came close in 2009 where a one second penalty cost him the Stampede title in the "Dash for Cash."

He says that sometimes is the difference between first and second, those little penalties that can kill you any day of the week during the Rangeland Derby.

"Penalties are the great equalizer, it's 10 days. But again, anyone that's one this thing more than once. They know how to win it. I know that sounds silly, but it really takes a special strategy. It's split second decisions. The Champions, they don't make the errors."

High River's Jason Glass last won the title back in 2013 and is also looking for another trip to the winners circle.
