The Okotoks Oilers are sending another player off to university.

20 year old Cory Santoro will play for the Concordia Thunder next season in Edmonton.

The Kelowna Native joined the Oilers last October after being traded from the Lloydminster Bobcats.

Santoro scored 10 goals and had 12 assists in 47 games with the Oilers in the 2016/2017 season.

He's the sixth Oiler to commit to a college program since the end of the season.
