The Okotoks Oilers wound up their regular season with a 3-2 win over the Canmore Eagles Sunday, March 4, in Okotoks.

The win gives them 24 straight to end the season, which is a new league and franchise record.

For the first time ever, the Oilers also won the league title picking up the Dave Duchak Award.

They get a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

The AJHL's Top Defenceman award went to the Oilers Jacob Bernard-Docker.

Oilers Coach Tyler Deis was named the AJHL's Coach of the Year as he guided the Oilers to a league best 52-6-and-2 record.
