Nine and zero.

Those are the numbers representing the start to the season for the Okotoks Oiliers in the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

But they had to fight for it last night.

In Camrose to take on the Kodiak's they were trailing 2 to 1 at the end of the second period.

Tanner Landeroute tied things up five minutes into the third then Dylan Halloway got the go ahead marker with seven minutes left in the game and they were able to hold on for their nineth win of the season.

Next up the Oilers play the Calgary Mustangs on October 10th at the Father David Bauer Arena and are home on October 13th when they host the Fort Mcmurray Oil Barrons at the Centennial Areana puck drops at 7 p.m.
