A good weekend for the Highwood Mustangs girls rugby squad as they went 3-and-0 at a tournament in Calgary Saturday, April 28.

They beat St. Mary's 7-0 in their opener.

Followed that up with a 10-5 win over Crescent Heights.

And then edged Robert Thirsk 12-10.

But when it came to the final against Bowness the girls bowed out, to avoid injury to their players.

The ladies are back in action for their regular season lid-lifter Wednesday, May 2, when they host the Rundle College Cobras starting at 5 o'clock at Mustangs Field.
