The High River Heat won't have to worry about a perfect season again this year.

They lost their Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League opener last weekend to the Red Deer Renegades 17-15.

Coach Larry Makortoff says her boys played well and learned, despite the loss.

"We made some adjustments in that game and we made some more through the week during practice, which will help Saturday versus Medicine Hat."

They'll try to get into the win column on the road Saturday, April 22, against the Sun Devils.

The Heat are back home Wednesday, April 26 to take on the Olds Mavericks.
