The High River Flyers are the "boys on the bus" this weekend as they're on the road for a pair of games.

They're in Airdrie Friday, October 6, and Ponoka Sunday, October 8.

The Flyers are coming off a 7-2 win in Three Hills last week, and Coach Tyson Avery says that'll set off some alarm bells from the Thunder.

"Last year we had trouble scoring at times. This year so far it's been good. Hopefully we can keep it going. Airdrie definitely seen that score and knows we can put up some numbers. So, they're going to play us tight. I can definitely see that, they're going to play us tight defensively."

The Flyers are 1-1-and-1 and in last place in the South Division to start the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League season, but a pair of wins could vault them up the standings.
