The High River Flyers look to climb the ladder in the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League with two games this weekend.

They get things going Friday, October 13, at home to the Stettler Lightning, and then wind up the weekend Saturday, October 14, in Didsbury against the Mountainview Colts.

Flyers Coach Tyson Avery says there's no freebies this weekend.

"Seems like this year every team in the league's pretty equal, pretty good. So, we're just going to have to go out there and play hard. We're not too sure what they're going to throw at us, so after the first period I think the guys should have it kind of figured out, along with my coaching staff and be able to take 'em on from there."

Friday's game against the Lightning is an 8 o'clock start at the Rec-Plex.
