The first place Okotoks Bisons face another couple of stiff tests this weekend in the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League.

Coming off wins over North Division heavyweights Red Deer and Airdrie, the Bisons take on Strathmore and High river Friday, October 20, and Sunday, October 22, at home.

Bisons Coach Chris Beston says the Flyers won't be quite the push-over's they have been in years past.

"it's a good little rivalry, I mean High River has a very good team this year. They've got a couple of big players and their well coached. We'll have to bring our "A" game for both Strathmore and High River. Everybody that we play this year, we're going to have to be ready for."

Beston says being number one, means having a target on your back, so they need to be prepared.

Both the Flyers and Wheatland Kings trail the first place Bisons by three points.

The Flyers are in action three times this weekend with back to back games against the Medicine Hat Cubs Friday and Saturday and then Sunday's game in Okotoks.
