The Ace Volleyball U-14 girl's team brought home their first banner from the Provincial Championship Tournament on April 28th.

The six team club is based out of Crescent Pointe Field House, and this is their first season here in Okotoks, making this win a valuable accomplishment.

David Wildman, Technical Director, says the club has players from small communities all over the Foothills

" We serve players from Okotoks, High River, Black Diamond and other areas." he said.

There are 64 teams in the league province wide, and 16 teams in the division Ace volleyball played in at the provincial championships.

Wildman says this win is a great way to promote the community and surrounding areas.

"These kids from the local community are doing some incredible things." he said.
