The 9th Annual Together We Can Make a Difference Radiothon is today (June 23).
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Eagle 100.9 will be hosting the event at 22 Elizabeth Street where donations will be accepted on site.
The Sheep River Health Trust will distribute the proceeds to local organizations to fund their various health and wellness programs.
This year's fundraising goal is $70,000.
Food trucks will be on-site, with other activities planned throughout the day.
Donations will be accepted on-site, and $25 donations can be sent by texting "Health" to 20222.
Donations are also accepted over the phone at (403) 477-4837.
In addition, Trident Autowash is donating a portion of today's Autowash sales, Sector 6 Supplements is contributing all proceeds from today's shake sales, Big Beaver Brewing is donating one dollar per sale of their Amber Lager all month, and Quesada is contributing a portion of today's burrito sales.
