Okotoks residents can now submit any public concerns straight to the Town while they're on the go.

The new Click N' Fix mobile service lets people document issues and concerns, such as malfunctioning traffic lights to damaged sidewalks and graffiti, and send them directly to the Town.

Melanie Heemeryck, communications and website specialist with the Town of Okotoks, says residents can follow along and see if their submission is getting any attention.

"The Town of Okotoks can acknowledge the service request and root it to the proper department and then they can close it off online as well and then all that are notified and have been following the issue will be up to date on the timeline," she says.

Heemeryck says there's more than one to way to use Click N' Fix.

"This is a free mobile app and it's also a website application too so if a person isn't mobile savvy they can definitely use the application online at our okotoks.ca website."

Heemeryck says she hopes to see the app get lots of use so the Town can continue to keep Okotoks looking beautiful.

Submissions can be made and tracked from the Town of Okotoks website directly at http://www.okotoks.ca/clickfix where a link to download the mobile app can also be found.
