Celebrating 32 years and back to entertain and support the community, the Big Rock Singers are ready to bring Latin Nights to the Foothills Centennial Center on May 14th.

Nairn Nerland has been with the singers for 23 years says there's a tonne of energy on the stage and they can't wait to bring it in front of an audience

"A lot of Latin themes, so you've got Ricky Martin songs Gloria Estefan songs, Santana songs, Julio Iglesias and we got a really fun one with the songs from Encanto, you know, the Disney movie! It's really high-energy, and it's really a lot of fun. So a lot of people would recognize the songs."

Yes, they will be talking about "him" from the Disney hit song from 2021's Encanto

"Bruno will be making an appearance but, as you know, we don't talk to Bruno."

Tickets for the event can be found on their website or find the Big Rock Singers on social media

As with most of their shows, there's always a community element!

"We're very proud of the fact that we've been given back to the community and the community has been exceptionally good to us to come to our shows.

"Over the past few years pre Covid we are now north of $48,000 that we've given back in proceeds from our shows. So this one is no different. A portion of our ticket sales will go to the Western Wheel cares fund, so we're putting that aside for them."

Latin Nights will have 2 shows at the Foothills Centennial Center. One at 3 p.m. and another at 7 p.m. on May 14th.
