Elliot Cary had two hits and two runs along with a walk.

Daniel Fredrickson had two runs and was walked twice, he also played some great defence, wowing the crowd with an amazing over the shoulder diving catch in deep right field in the 4th inning.

Brendan Rose had another multi-hit game with a couple of hits, a couple of runs and was walked once.

Justin King only had to swing the bat once, but he made it count, with a three RBI double.

Joel Brophy went yard for the first time this year, with a solo shot to left.

Michael Gretler had a three RBI double, as he continues to hold a hot bat, while Josh McIntyre had a two RBI double.

On the mound, Liam Stroud got his second win of the year, moving to 2-2 overall through 9 starts this season.

He pitched 5.1 innings, giving up three hits, and one walk, while striking out eight Giants batters.

The Dawgs will round out the regular season Friday night when the Medicine Hat Mavericks come to town.

Then it's the playoffs, with the Dawgs hosting the Edmonton Prospects in their best of five first round series with games one and two at Seaman Stadium Sunday, July 31 at 7:05 P.M. and Monday, August 1 at 7:05 P.M. as well.
